Good mod for the price. July 26, 2013

I bought this to replace an older mod that I had. The one thing that I really like about this is that it's variable wattage (power) so you can set it to the wattage you want and not have to worry about different resistances of your tanks and such. Kanger T3's don't fit it, but everything else does (CE4's CE5's) and there's plenty of airflow with tanks on it. It's a very easy to use and setup device. Only wish you could lock your settings as an accidental button press will change the voltage/power setting.

**After having this for a month and just getting an 1100mAh Smok Winder, the Vamo is good, but I think my Winder provides more bang for the buck. When I set the Smok Winder to 3.7v, it puts out a noticeable difference compared to the Vamo at the same setting. **

VAMO REVIEW May 22, 2013

My dh and I are brand new Vamo users and LOVE our VAMO!  We both are heavy smokers.  We have been using our VAMO for 3 wks. Rather than buying 2 pks of cigs a day each we now buy 1 pk every 3 days. The nicotine you get when using the VAMO lasts longer than e-cigs, or even regular cigs for that matter!  Another thing we love about the VAMO is the throat hit we get when using the VAMO, and the amt of "smoke" you get with each hit.  Every e-cig we've used lacked in this area, leaving us both craving a cig. The VAMO will pay for itself in the $$ you save on cigs. The only thing that we wish we had done different is bought 2 from the start.  We fight over our VAMO:).

I know that the VAMO makers don't advertise their product as a "quit smoking" tool. AND GET RID OF YOUR NASTY CIGS AND GIVE VAPING WITH VAMO A TRY!   (p.s. I had to cut 2500 characters out of this review to make it fit.  That's how many great things I had to say about VAMO)

Would have been great! May 6, 2013

Except when the Vivi Nova tank screwed on the Vamo mod, it screws in at a slight angle so it doesn't stay flush on the mod. Insead there's a 2 mm space on one side and it dips to the lip on the other.

Product works great though.  Shipping was reasonable.

Decent for the price May 3, 2013

I lost my Provari mini recently and I didn't wanted to buy another 200$ device for my everyday needs. This is a good replacement, I miss the quality feel of the Provari but it perform almost as well. Besides being bigger and not as well built, the main difference with the Provari is that vaping experience on the Vamo decrease with the battery voltage.

I will buy another Provari later on but I'll keep it at home and take my Vamo when I go out (especially if I plan to get drunk!). :p
